“The tragedy of life is not death but what we let die inside of us while we live.”

― Norman Cousins

Loneliness kills people from within. It is like living a robotic life with cosmetic laughs.

It is not any sickness, but a feeling, bad enough to destroy a life.

It could be felt in different ways, like being at a place where you don’t fit, not finding what you have been longing for, or having the pain of losing a close person.

It is not too easy to be alone. You have to struggle a lot to overcome the isolation which is taking a toll on your inner peace.

Sometimes, you don’t even know what is making you sad and that feeling of emptiness makes things more miserable.

Like a ship without a compass that does not know where the path leads, with storms startling and waves bumping it, aloneness is bloodcurdling.

It is throwing stones into clear water that creates disturbances called ripples.

But, if a small candle can light up against the huge darkness, why can’t you???

Enjoy your own company to burn your loneliness. Stop comparing yourself with others. Always believe “you are unique”.

Make sure that your life is a choice and not a chance.

Give yourself some time. Especially, during big challenges, no matter what happens.

Do not worry about anything else that is going on.

Here are a few things that you should do it encourage yourself and get rid of aloneness.

1. Music

Listening to pleasant music will help you boost your mood.

2. Reading

5. Meditation

7. Talk to yourself

Look into the mirror. You are your own competitor. Know more about yourself.

8. Get up early

It is a great habit that gives you a lot of time for yourself.

9. Be cool

You have to go through tough times and that is life. ‘If Nothing happens to you, it happens for you’. Try to see positives in negatives.

10. Connect with nature

Talk to nature. It can help you boost your self-esteem, reduce stress, improve concentration power, learning, and creativity.

11. Set your goals

Let the voice of your imaginary world shout out as the words of wisdom.

You are born to be real. Not perfect.

Love yourself like no one else would do it better than you.

Dig deeper through your mind and your soul. Dive into your heart.

Everything you need is courage, compassion, and love. Everything is within you.

Do not wait for someone to be there always.

Look into the mirror. You will find your soulmate who will be there for you always.
