Life The Way You Design Book by Sahil Kumar Nagpal: Review

This is by far one of the best self-help books I have read lately. It will change the way you look at life and use your mind, body, and energies.

Life the Way You Design by Sahil Kumar Nagpal helps you channelize your energy and rejuvenate your mind. This book is a must-read for everyone to better understand their mindsets, strengthen the foundation of life.

The author has beautifully explained the importance of mental, emotional, and physical balance.

Today, what we lack the most is ‘time’. We are all in a race of achieving our set goals and ignoring the basics of life. This is degrading the quality of life.

Interview: “Writing the book took 6 months, but more than a decade to put together the content in the book” – Sahil Kumar Nagpal

The book takes you on a journey of self-learning and awareness through various exercises, practice events, theories, experiments, self-study, and brainstorming situational questions.

Life the Way You Design further explains the connection of ancient to modern lifestyle pretty well. Self-control on mind, body, heart, and soul has been explained step by step by simple examples and self-learning exercises without complicating the content. The language used throughout the novel is reader-friendly.

At the end of the book, a lot of things and experiences in your life will start connecting the dots and will make sense to you.

As well-quoted by Sahil in his interview:

“The book explains how an individual is the designer of his or her own life and how by taking charge of certain aspects of life like body, mind, and prana(energy) one can take precise control of his or her life.”

In this generation of humans working like robots, we need to pause, meditate and understand our existence. We are what we respond to and react to a situation and this book effortlessly explains how to take charge of a given situation.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
