Book Review- The Perfect Drug book by Chaitanya Saini

The Perfect Drug book by Chaitanya Saini has a unique story and plot, with a guy named Ananya being the main character. He is a science student with great interest in chemistry. Other than Ananya, the story revolves mostly around his girlfriend, a couple of friends, and family.

His girlfriend gets addicted to drugs and at some point in time, he is heart-broken. Rather than blaming the things and his fortune, he begins research on producing a divine substance that can bring enlightenment. He calls this substance the Perfect Drug.

So, the perfect drug created by Ananya has the power to tempt spiritual energy in human beings. But every drug and the great thing has to be used with care and respect. Because everything that gives us joy is the cause of our suffering as well.

The book also takes a dive into spirituality and religion, and how we keep spirituality and reality at the background in our life.

Author Chaitanya Saini has described the chemistry facts really well in the book so that even the non-science guys can understand the things easily. I liked the plot and uniqueness of the story.

The author has put a lot of thinking into the words, which I could easily realize while reading the lines that had a very deep meaning. I love books that have words with in-depth meaning. Maybe that’s what sets apart the good authors from the average ones.

The Perfect Drug book is a little longer (400+ pages), considering the Indian audience who is not that much into reading. Chaitanya Saini has used some difficult words in the story, which is, again, not user-friendly. If you are a regular reader who enjoys reading quality novels, this is a worthy read.
