Author Nikita Singh: A Brief Introduction
Nikita Singh is a 30-something writer who has written more than ten novels. Born in Patna in Bihar, she moved to Indore at the age of four and completed her primary schooling there. She completed her graduation in pharmacy from the Acropolis Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research college in Indore.
Following graduation, she shifted to New York for a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. In 2011 while she was yet to graduate from Acropolis Institute, she had joined Penguin Books India. She also worked as an editor for Grapevine India.
Writer Nikita Singh’s debut book Love @ Facebook was released in 2011 when she was working for Penguin. She was only nineteen then, but her book became a bestseller. After that, she went to write various romance books individually, as well as in collaboration with other bestselling authors like Durjoy Datta. She has been invited to several TedX conferences in India as a speaker.

1. Love @ Facebook
Love @ Facebook book shows the way social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter are influencing the youth. While it has become mainstream to establish online identities, but this book explores the romance and love between Vatsala and Ronit who fall in love with each other on Facebook.

This is among Nikita Singh’s latest books. In the story, the author has revealed the positive and sorrowful sides of a person. It was a life-changing day for her.
Lavanya quits her job, gives up on her boyfriend and goes back to her home after more than five years. However, she doesn’t find the courage to disclose the truth about HIV because of the traditional mindset of her family and people. There are hundreds of questions in her mind. Soon she meets her old friend Shaurya and gets close to him, but is not courageous enough to get into a relationship.
